Do you take returns?

At this time, due to the nature of our business and the size, we are able to take returns only for store credit. If you are unhappy with your purchase please please let us know! Let us help work something out. We want you to be more than thrilled about any unique piece you purchase from us. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more information on how to start the return process.

What about discount codes and sales?

We are sorry but discount codes and sales must be applied at checkout before the order is placed. Discount codes and sales can not be applied to previous orders. Thank you for understanding. All Sale items, listed on the site at a lower price than original retail (marked "On Sale") are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.

How quickly are items shipped?

We try to ship items as quickly as possible, hopefully within 4-5 business days. Some items are hand made and need more time to ship to ensure the highest quality possible. Furniture and some larger items do take longer due to the process of packaging. Please allow 10-14 days for these pieces. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

My item doesn't look exactly like the photo, how come?

All of our items are unique and usually one of a kind. This means that we try and show you exactly what you will be getting but once in awhile we can't photograph all the special details. Some patterns will vary slightly, but not enough, in our opinion, to compromise the piece.

What does "vintage" mean?

For our purposes, vintage means anything classic and previously loved from before 1994 but not quite an antique. It also means the item may show signs of wear consistent with age. The imperfections such as tears, repairs, worn spots, and fading are part of the pieces history and add a richness and beauty that is unable to be duplicated. This allows the pieces to be completely unique and one of a kind.

Are all your items new?

The majority of our items (with the exception of a few items) are previously loved and do show some signs of use, which only add to the character and uniqueness of the items. All vintage items though are in excellent used condition and we know you'll just love them!

How do I care for my new textiles?

It depends on which piece you got! We recommend above all else, washing as little as possible, but we do understand that things happen!

All Pillow Covers: Spot clean as necessary and dry clean only! 
Kantha Quilts: Hand or delicate wash in cold water and hang dry.
Serape Blankets: Machine wash cold and tumble dry low or hang dry.
Mudcloth: Spot clean as needed. Please be aware that washing could make the dye run. If it is necessary, hand wash in cold water and hang dry.
Rugs: Spot clean as needed and dry clean. Shake often to remove dirt and debris. Vacuum as necessary with no brush and vacuum set to highest setting possible.

What payment options do you take?

We can process major credit cards, as well as payments via PayPal and other major payment methods. We also accept payments via Afterpay

Are you hiring?

We are not currently hiring, thank you so much for your interest though! You're always welcome to send over your information though to for future reference! 

Do your pillows come with inserts or filling?

Most of our pillows are sold as inserts only, meaning they have a zipper and do not come stuffed. There are a few exceptions to this, those will be noted in their individual listings. We do however sell a fabulous down alternative insert available in most sizes.  

Do you offer wholesale?
